No More Tweens In This House…

Thirteen years ago today I was resting comfortably after giving birth to a 9 pound, 11 ounce little munchkin. (Ouch)

He is Mr. Personality, he is smart, he is caring, he has a great sense of humor, and there are so many other things I love about him I could go on for days…but if I do that, then I’ll be spending his birthday HERE at the computer instead of UPSTAIRS with the Birthday Boy.

So, for your enjoyment, here’s a walk down our Memory Lane. Thank goodness we have a world-class photographer in the family; she’s responsible for a few of these!

Aww! Three days old.

One of my favorites. Don’t you want to eat him up?

Cue the Angelic Music!

One of his fave things. We called him Linus.

Always a showman: “Ladies and Gentlemen, presenting…Mama!”

Our little Buckaroo, and a Native American, too.

Getting bigger!

Fun with two of his favorites: Aunt Julie and Root Beer.

First Day of School, 2007.

Happy 13th Birthday! Love you!

Awww, he looks like a sweetie pie! Looks like Aunt Julie does like her root beer, huh? 🙂

Thanks for stopping by my blog by the way.

    Melissa: YES, too fast! Yikes!

Sauntering Soul: Ha ha…it’s HIS root beer. His favorite thing in the world. That was Aunt Julie’s birthday gift to him last year: all different kinds of root beer. He collects root beer bottles! 🙂

SSP/Melissa: Ha! Maybe we are twins! We packed up the blankie when his baby teeth started to look curved from him sucking on it all the time. LOL The Bar Mitzvah is SATURDAY, and no breakdown yet, but it’s too soon to say.
How great that you’re doing them together! That will save lots, and not only $$$!

Mags: Don’t worry, I’ve come back several times to look, and they’re MY photos! LOL

Patty: I’d tell him about all the compliments he’s getting, but he’d be HORRIFIED that I posted all of those photos so we’ll just keep it between us. 🙂

Spazz: Totally…quicker than you can imagine! Don’t even get me started on the frequency we have to shop for new (bigger) clothes!
