This week’s playlist (click the song title to grab a listen!):

3. Spente le Stelle (Yomanda remix): Emma Shapplin
4. Hiphip Chinchin: Club des Belugas
5. Big Ditch: DJ Icey
6. Buffalo Stance: Nenah Cherry (Relax, it was my cool down!)

Oh, and in case you couldn’t picture her in your head, here’s the lovely Kate Pierson from the B52s.

Don’t know why I posted this picture? You cheated and didn’t watch the whole video, didn’t you? Go back and watch. And don’t collect $200, while you’re at it!

You are doing so awesome with C25K!!

I love these vlogs- such a fun way to get to know you better.

I'm a HUGE fan of the B52's- as is my hubby. I wish I was in Chcago because I would so go with you!!

    Great job Melisa!

Aren't you the Techno Queens? 🙂 I haven't heard those songs (well except 1 & 6) Very cool.

I love that you love DJ Icey. I once saw him at a club back in the day, pretty amazing stuff.

So what are you going to do after the NYC BlogHer 5K, hmmm? I'm so stoked to see how you do there as well as if you're going to carry on to more and bigger!

I think it's a great idea to slow down a bit as the big race comes. You know your body and levels so well and that's the biggest thing here.

    Way to go!

I still cannot imagine "getting used to running." Gonna leave in a few minutes to walk, at least. Good job, Melisa–I'm really impressed. 🙂

I loved listening to this video and seeing you, it's like your catching me up to date on everything, and if I lived there, I would SOOOO go to Ravinia with you and Michelle! ROCK LOBSTER!!!! "They played that at my wedding!"
