If you’re been reading Suburban Scrawl over the past four months, you probably already know that I fell head-over-heels in love this summer with The Dailey Method workout. (My most recent update post is HERE.)
I am not kidding you when I say that The Dailey Method (specifically the Naperville location) has changed my life. In four months. (Less, actually, because I felt the life change in the first thirty days!)
Between the workouts that challenge me dailEy (<---get it?), the instructors who all know exactly what they're doing and who rock in general, and the community that feels like a family to me even after such a short period of time, I can't get enough of this place.
But that's not all that's good about The Dailey Method Naperville. In fact, one of the best parts of The Dailey Method Naperville is the pair of owners, Colleen and Michelle. Colleen started the business and Michelle taught classes with her very early on; they just partnered up at the beginning of this year. I have gotten to know them over the past four months since I started there with the blogger review program and as I've worked with them in planning their 5th anniversary celebration, which starts tomorrow, and I cannot remember meeting anyone else who is as passionate about what they do as these two are, especially Colleen. (I know Michelle doesn't mind that I say that, or that the next paragraph is all about Colleen!)
Colleen works so hard on this business. She breathes it, really. She believes in what she does and what this business is so much that it's just plain inspiring to be near her. She is always thinking about ways to make the client experience more enjoyable and how she can show people what a great workout this is and how it can actually change lives. She wears her love for The Dailey Method Naperville and its clients proudly on her sleeve.
I want to congratulate Colleen and Michelle on this great milestone. Working out at The Dailey Method is something that has become a part of my regular routine, and I look forward to the tenth anniversary, the fifteenth, and beyond. Thanks for everything, ladies: you are two of the newest blessings in my life.
If you're local, please come by The Dailey Method in Naperville this weekend. All kinds of very cool things are going on.

Flash Mob, Dailey Method style.
Yes. Well, it wouldn’t be as enjoyable of a flash mob if I spilled the details on that now, would it? I’ll post the video later.
It’s going to be a very special weekend at what seems like my second home these days. I’m looking forward to celebrating with Colleen, Michelle, the instructors, and the other clients of The Dailey Method Naperville. Happy anniversary, everybody!
Disclosure: Even though I have been working with Colleen and Michelle to plan this special weekend, they did not ask me to write about it. I think my love for these people and this program are a little bit obvious, but figured–what the heck?–I’d just include the standard disclosure anyway.

Sounds great I wish they had one here. But not sure if my back and knees could take it. Oh well I’ll keep up with the stationary bike.
Happy Anniversary Dailey Method Naperville.
